Daiwa’s Ryoga is its top round-profile baitcaster, built for anglers who care most about how a reel winds. The 26 Ryoga follows the 18 model with improved gears, and on the 150 size a new spool material and shape for longer casts.

The Ryoga is for people who choose a reel by how it feels to turn the handle. Full machined metal, long-lasting Hyperdrive gears and a choice of SV or MAG-Z braking make the 26 model a serious upgrade over the 18. If you love round baitcasters, it is a reel you will enjoy for many years.
