DUO Beach Walker Rimbaa iF127S: A Bigger, Slimmer Rimbaa With #3 Hooks for Big Surf Fish
The DUO Beach Walker Rimbaa series, used by plenty of surf anglers, has a new member: the Rimbaa iF127S. It is bigger than earlier Rimbaa models and built to handle larger fish. Despite its 127 mm length, the body has been slimmed down to cut air resistance, so it still performs on windy days. The hooks are bigger too.
Key features
It keeps the basic performance of the Rimbaa 115S and 95S, while the bigger, slimmer body and stronger hooks take it into big-fish territory.
1. Bigger, but slimmer
At 127 mm and 26 g, the iF127S is the largest Rimbaa. Rather than simply scaling up, DUO slimmed the body to offset the extra drag that comes with size.
2. Covers the mid-water
The iF127S swims in the mid-water layer, so you can use it alongside the 95S and 115S, which are built for working near the bottom.
3. Hooks sized for big fish
It uses #3 hooks, larger than the 95S (#5) and the 115S (#4), so it is ready for an unexpected big fish.

My take
The iF127S grows in size but gets slimmer, boosting the three things Rimbaa is known for: distance, action and appeal. Swimming in the mid-water, it complements the bottom-oriented 95S and 115S, and the #3 hooks are a good match for big flounder and yellowtail.
